We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic and driven Business Manager to grow our co-living business in Ahmedabad.Role Overview:The Business Manager will be responsible for starting and scaling our co-living business in the assigned city. This includes overseeing operations, marketing, sales, and team management to ensure the successful launch and sustainable growth of the business.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure properties suitable for co-living arrangements.- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and other stakeholders.- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with local regulations.- Oversee the operations of co-living spaces.- Ensure smooth daily operations, including maintenance, security, and customer service.- Implement efficient processes and systems for property management.- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract residents.- Help organize events and activities to foster community engagement among residents.- Hire, train, and manage a local team to support various functions such as sales, operations, and customer service.- Monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Provide regular reports to senior management on business performance.Requirements :- Experience : 2-3 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field.
