We have established a strong network throughout India with dealers, distributors, and offices cum warehouses in major cities.Roles & Responsibilities :- Outbound Sales Calls : Conduct outbound calls to prospective international clients to generate sales and drive revenue growth.- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads and maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the manager.- Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure timely closure of sales and address any customer concerns or queries.Competencies Required :- Proven experience in outbound lead generation/sales/customer service- Achieve sales targets- Experience in lead generation- Excellent communication skills- Attention to detail- Accountable and results-driven- Problem-solving- Active listening skills- CRM- Computer skills : Microsoft- Office Suite (Word, Excel)- Female candidates from western line preferred (ref:updazz.com)
