Associate - Performance Marketing (1-5 Yrs) Bangalore (Online/Digital Marketing)

Job Title - Performance Marketing Associate Key responsibilities : - Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, 3rd party networks, etc.
-Take ownership of online campaigns and revenue.
-Understanding of the ecosystem - Attribution, Tracking, and tuning various End-to-End Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion funnels.
-Running experiments on paid digital channels to find incremental value of digital marketing across user and customer cohorts.
-Designing experiments to improve the overall contribution of digital marketing towards business in a profitable manner.
-Coordinate with the internal product, tech teams for timely execution of various digital marketing tasks and initiatives.
-Monitor and keep track of essential funnels and events in Marketing setup.
-Responsible for campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting. Who will Qualify :- 1 years of relevant experience especially in Google Ads. Experience with e-commerce businesses will be an advantage.
-Highly data-oriented approach towards planning and problem-solving.- Self-motivated and willing to work in a startup environment- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data - Knowledge of Marketing analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Appsflyer etc.) - Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels Google ads, Facebook Ads, etc. in managing the marketing budget at scale along with the business objectives & KPIs like ROAS, CPI, CAC, LTV, etc.
