Job Description
- Employee Management : Handle employees with less than 30 days of tenure, guiding them in booking appointments for site visits.- Training - Ensuring CRM and pitch training- Scheduling and Site Visits : Ensure agents are effectively scheduling and securing site visits for potential buyers.- Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of quality in all interactions and processes.- Follow-ups : Ensure rigorous follow-up with clients and leads to drive engagement and conversion.- Floor Hygiene : Maintain basic floor hygiene and adherence to protocols.- Training and Development : Train employees at both individual and team levels to enhance performance and efficiency.- Snooping and Feedback : Conduct snooping activities, provide documented feedback, and track improvements.- Confirmation Calls : Take confirmation calls for site visits to ensure attendance and drive numbers.- Motivation : Motivate agents to achieve targets and maintain high morale.Competencies Required :- Experience in Telesales : Prior experience in a telesales environment, preferably in real estate or related fields.- Strong Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills for training and client interaction.- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple agents and maintain detailed records.- Analytical Skills : Monitor and assess agent performance, providing actionable insights.- Adaptability : Quick to adapt to new processes and changes in the work environment.- Leadership : Capable of leading and motivating a team of 8-10 agents.- Google Sheets & Google Docs : Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Docs for documentation, reporting, and data management.
