Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to support sales efforts- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to enhance sales effectivenessRequired Skills:- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Analytical and problem-solving abilities- Self-motivated and results-oriented- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsPreferred Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the territory- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies- Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Chennai and VijayawadaAdditional Requirements:- Willingness to travel within the territory as required- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:updazz.com)
