Role: Customer ServiceSkills: Candidate must have Customer Service team handling and process management experience in the BFSI domain- Customer query and escalation management skills (Mandate)- Contact Centre experience (desired)- Good/ Strong analytical and reporting skills (mandate)Duties:- Work closely with all functions to understand the business needs.
-Should be able to align himself / herself with the Operations, Sales, and Collections Teams to understand the org. mandate and interpret it to the service fulfilment- Time will be an essence for this role; hence we are looking for someone who understands criticality of the timely delivery of the solutions.
-Capable and Open to handle service issues and escalations coming direct from the customers and take it to the closure with the help of systems and decisions from respective stakeholders.- Third party relationship management (such as Vendors, Suppliers, both on Services and IT solutioning)- Should be able to easily adapt various IT systems used in the business and keep identifying the improvement areas.
