Hiring for International Process !!!- Profile: Customer Care Associate - Location: Gurgaon - Salary: 35,000-50,000- Experience: Atleast 1 year of experience in Fintech - Qualification: Graduate - Shifts: Rotational - Excellent communication in English - Cabs available within 20kms!!- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to meet daily and weekly targets. Identify decision-makers within target organizations and build rapport to facilitate further engagement.- Document all interactions and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.Requirements :- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
