Job Description
Prime Responsibilities :- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling warm leads, and networking.- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by AlmaBetter.- Reach out to aspirants who have shown interest in becoming a part of our ecosystem and leverage appropriate offerings to make successful conversions.- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.Requirements :- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (Preferred)- Proficiency in English and Hindi- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques- Fast learner and passion for sales.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding customer behavior.- Great networking skills.Please note: We are looking for a street-smart individual who can handle on-the-spot negotiations and decision-making.
