Veronica Healthtech - Regional Sales Manager - North (5-8 Yrs) Any Location (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the Northern region.- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent BodyStat and network with potential clients.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the health and fitness industry.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.- Willingness to travel within the Northern region as required.CTC - 7 to 12 LPA (ref:updazz.com)
