Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :- Create and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy aligned with overall business goals.- Focus on acquiring customers through Twitter, Telegram, TikTok, and other active platforms in the web3 ecosystem.- Develop engaging and relevant content tailored for each platform, including tweets, posts, videos, and multimedia formats.- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach and engage target audiences.- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and customer acquisition, particularly within the web3 and crypto industry.- Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our message and expand reach.- Continuously optimise the customer acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.Ideal Candidate :- 4 years of experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or a related role.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Experienced in Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, and dApp development.
