You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of talented and driven individuals towards achieving our overall business objectives for Life Insurance products. Responsibilities :- Build and lead a high-performing team by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and empowering team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in Life Insurance sales and meet or exceed targets.- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.- New agent recruiting, assessment, and training.- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clientsQualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Why Join?1.
