Roles and Responsibilities1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer grievances within the agreed timeline2. Maintain, identify gaps and improve workflow of customer support infrastructure as per the service level agreement3. Manage high call flow, inbound and outbound4. Address customer queries5. Provide chat support Web/Mobile6. Stretch working hours during peak time7. Be able to prioritize works and execute on time8. Should be good at Communication skills and writing skills9. Candidate should be good 3 languages (Tamil, English, Hindi)10. Must have good working experience on Excel, writing emails (escalations/grievances/answer queries/updates to Management)11. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services12. Maintains customer records by updating account information13.
