Executive Role : CDE/CDOExperience Required : Graduate fresher with a technical degree and a minimum of 6 months to 4 years of experience.Location : MumbaiCompensation : 4 LPA - 6.25 LPA Incentives (Average hike between 10-30% on the current/previous fixed salary)Working Days : Monday to SaturdayInterview Rounds :- Zoom Interview (Virtual Screening call from HR)- Walk-in Interview at the preferred location office address itselfRoles and Responsibilities :- Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on LeadSquared CRM.- Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling based on the student s area of interest.- Assist prospective students with detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counseling & create a strong pipeline.- Ensure meeting daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.Requirements Skills and Knowledge :- Candidate must be a graduate with sales experience (No Retail Sales or Presales).- Freshers with technical degrees: BSc IT, BCA, B Tech, BE (No Civil Engineering).- Experienced candidates: Any degree but selling tech courses is mandatory.- Ed Tech experience preferred (No field sales).- If you re passionate about guiding professionals towards upskilling opportunities and achieving enrollment targets, this role is for you!
