Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.- Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.- Customer and OEM Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.- Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Sales Operations :- Oversee the daily sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.- Product Knowledge :- Maintain a deep understanding of hardware products and services.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.- Budget Management :- Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.- Monitor expenses and implement measures to optimize sales operations.Qualifications :- Education: Bachelor s degree- Experience : Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the hardware industry/Solutioning industry, Sales background- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth.Skills :- Strong leadership and team management skills.- communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
