Job Description
Responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory.- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they meet sales goals and objectives.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales growth.- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches and promotional activities.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.Skills & Qualifications :- 3-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, FMCD, or Retail industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Additional Information :- Competitive salary package up to 7 LPA, based on experience and qualifications.- Immediate joiners preferred.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing sector with room for career advancement.- This job description can be further customized based on specific organizational needs or preferences for the Territory Sales Manager role.
