Lead Execution Specialist - Marketing - Event Business (5-8 Yrs) Bangalore (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

- Lead and inspire a team of event professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.- Manage the end-to-end execution of events, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.- Manage event budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and managed effectively.- Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met.- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of events.- Manage event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.- Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.- Manage the operational landing of new event programs within the region and share feedback to drive continuous improvements.- Provide escalation and resolution support for any event execution issues in the region.- Attend selected in-person and digital events to ensure we maintain the quality and standards required.Qualifications :- 5 - 8 years of experience in Operations with Ecommerce, construction or manufacturing industries in handling big team.- Must have done Planning and Strategizing to manage large team- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
