A sales manager is responsible for guiding a team of sales associates to achieve targets set by the organisation.- In addition to increasing sales, the managers also oversee sales plans, analyse data to help with strategic decision-making and train members of the team.Roles : 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. 2. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and trends. 3.
