Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 Yrs) Bangalore (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Inbound - Source new prospects coming in through Website, Trade Portals, Telephonic among others, and qualify them to handover to the Sales team.- Outbound - Rigorous cold calling and emailing, working with the Digital team to create customized.- EDMs for prospects.- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and increase the Prospect Database daily.- Understand customer needs and requirements and the ability to cross-sell on the phone.- Product Demonstrations- Follow-up on leads generated by field sales agents.- Follow up with channel partners for Lead generation and closure calls.- Online demonstration assistance to the Channels and salesperson- Online product training to channels.- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.- Perform effective online demos to prospects if required.
