Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :- End-to-end sales (Lead Generation, Business Strategy Development, Scheduling Appointments, Demonstrating the products, and closing the deal).- Lead the sales process from origination to closure, ensuring successful outcomes for the organization.- Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve high revenue.- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.- Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads.
-Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners/customers and by discovering and exploring opportunities.- Ensure close coordination between Sales & Marketing, Plant operations and Finance.- Act as a link by sharing best practices, which can improve Sales, Sales Force, Recruitment rate and productivity.- Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management.- Continually evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.- Should be comfortable going on the field and traveling at the assigned area allocated.- Also will be involved in the screening of potential deals by analysis of market strategies, details of deal requirements as well as financials.Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in business, sales, or related field- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and manage one s own time- Ability to build relationships and close deals (ref:updazz.com)
