Telecalling Role - Real Estate (2-3 Yrs) Mumbai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

- Languages Required : Good English, Good Marathi, Good Hindi, Gujarati (Optional)- Experience : 2 to 3 years of tele calling experience, preferably in the real estate sector with a focus on the luxury segment.- Work Hours : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM- Week Off : Rotational week off between Monday and WednesdayInterview Process :- First round : Virtual- Second round : Face-to-Face (F2F)Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about luxury real estate offerings.- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries related to luxury properties.- Maintain an updated database of client information and follow up on leads.- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of potential leads.- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.- Understand client requirements and suggest properties that best meet their needs.- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in the real estate industry, particularly in the luxury segment.Qualifications :- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in tele calling, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.- Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- Ability to handle high volume of calls and work in a target-driven environment.- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
