Executive - Digital Marketing (2-5 Yrs) Mumbai (Online/Digital Marketing)

Role & Responsibility :- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics.- Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital channels to attract and engage potential customers.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.- Use graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant software.- Ensure all graphics and content align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.Skills : - Bachelor s degree in marketing , Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing .- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
