Job Description
1. Team Leadership :- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives.
-Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to optimize team performance.2. Sales Strategy and Execution : - Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve company goals.
-Identify new business opportunities and target market segments to expand our customer base.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.3. Customer Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients to close sales deals.
-Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.4. Sales Analytics and Reporting : - Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
-Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
-Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.5. Continuous Improvement : - Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in B2B sales.
