Job Description
Description :We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Business Development Executive (BDE) team in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead a team of BDEs to achieve targets.Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.- Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and acquiring new clients in the BPO sector.- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.- Assist BDEs in prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings to close deals.- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and best practices.- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.- Provide exceptional after-sales service to retain and grow client relationships.- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.- Promote a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Experience with lead generation and client relationship management.
