Job title : RSM/BDMWork Location : Mumbai/DelhiDivision/Department : SalesRequirement Severity : ImmediateEssential Duties and Responsibilities : Managing the Mumbai branch and maintaining a healthy Profit.Job Description :- Create a sales team and technical team.
-Identify and close deals into SMB/Enterprise segment.- Manage a healthy relationship with the OEMs, team members and customers.- Lead the team to achieve targets.- Sell data security and data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai/Delhi NCR.- Meet Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly target of customer meetings and sales targets.Skill Requirements :- At least 7 years of sales experience with a reseller organization selling cyber security or backup solutions to corporates of Mumbai/Delhi NCR.
-It s a Client facing role with a proven experience into security or backup solution sales.- Must have a good understanding of IT Security solutions (Endpoint/Networking/Data Security, DLP, Backup, NGF, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset etc) or backup solutions (server backup, desktop/ laptop backup, replication).- Should have managed a team for the last 3 years.Mandatory Requirement : - At least 7 years experience of selling data security or data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai/Delhi NCR Work Experience Requirements: - At least 7 years experience of selling data security or data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai/Delhi NCR- 7 years of experience in the Mandatory Requirements given below.- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.Job Requirements : - Minimum Experience : 7 years- Working Days : 6 days Monday to Saturday- Salary : Upto 8-15LPA plus 25% as variable pay on achieving targets- Plus mobile- Plus conveyance (ref:updazz.com)
