Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :1. Sales Strategy and Planning :- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.- Set sales targets and KPIs for the region and ensure they are met or exceeded.2. Team Management :- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.3. Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.4. Sales Execution :- Oversee the implementation of sales plans and initiatives.- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales activities.5. Reporting and Analysis :- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales trends and market analysis.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
