Industry Background : Inside Sales experience in Industrial ProductsSkills Set Required :1. Experience in inside sales, preferably in an industrial product2. Proficient in CRM software for client data management and lead tracking, making offers3. Advanced proficiency of MS office -Word, XLS, PPT, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.5. High typing speed with accuracy to handle data entry and documentation efficiently.Job Responsibilities :1. Register Client Data & Leads. Do Opportunity Management in CRM2. Quotation Preparation and Offer Submission as per set timelines.3. Client Communication regard to Enquiries, Offer, orders, & deliveries.4. Register purchase orders from clients & send order acknowledgment5. Process Purchase PO and Coordinate with principals for dispatch.6. Ensure timely billing and dispatch to meet client expectations.7. Send proforma invoices to clients and follow up for timely payment.8. Coordinate with the Accounts department to adjust received payments with client bills.9.
