Job Description :We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the education or related sectors. Join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the study abroad consultancy market.Responsibilities :- Identify and approach study abroad consultants to establish partnerships for database sales.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the study abroad consultancy sector.- Understand the needs of prospective partners and align our database solutions to meet those needs.- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.- Analyze client behavior and be well-versed in objection handling and managing different situations.- Initiate telephonic conversations and on-field meetings with clients.- Generate and maintain the sales pipeline.- Submit daily and weekly reports to the management.Requirements :- Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in database or educational services.- Strong understanding of the study abroad consultancy industry and its key players.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Natives and female candidates are preferred.
