Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 Yrs) Maharashtra/Jalna (BFSI Sales)

Positions and Accountabilities :- Monitoring, evaluating, and disseminating important quantitative data and business trends in accordance with company-shared dashboards.- Hire qualified salespeople, establish team goals, mentor and train, and keep an eye on performance to make sure allotted duties and obligations are completed.- Manage the sales team to make sure that the company s business requirements are fulfilled by setting daily goals and often checking in with the team to assess success.- Oversee and carry out the weekly and monthly primary and secondary goals of the organization.- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and with new customer bases.- Minimize the number of complaints you receive, and if you do, handle them well by putting the needs of your customers first.- Giving the marketing team data analytics, insights, and market intelligence so they can start the appropriate customer outreach and promotional campaigns.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA Incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
