About the role :- Department - Marketing- Type of work - Full-Time- Location - Jhandewalan, New Delhi (Onsite)- Working days - 6 days a week- Reporting Manager - Mayank Grover (Founder)Key Responsibilities : - Creating content for Youtube (mostly shorts) - Writing and editing articles - Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for content - Asking effective questions and developing rapport/trust with story subjects.
-Storyboarding: understanding the effectiveness and appropriateness of story assets (text, images, audio, video) and combining them to build a robust story.
-Converting conversation pointers into a strong storyline.
-Creating content marketing strategies from scratch and taking ownership on end-to-end execution.
-Visual, audio and video content creation experience; Know how of basic video editing, photo editing tools - Well-developed eye/ear for best practices in each format of content.
-Work closely with the founder.Who you are : - Understanding of story fundamentals (effective character, trajectory, hook, authenticity/details and calls-to-action) - Keen sense of storytelling (what makes a story interesting from the audience s perspective) - Stellar writing skills and sense of conveying more in less words.
-Familiarity with tech lingo & Games - Street smart (gives equal weightage to hard work and smart work) - Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention to detail.
-Define and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube s search engine - Manage channel content, majorly focusing on YR shorts - Create, maintain, and promote channel content, including videos and other assets - Develop and oversee channel community, including channel moderators, marketing managers, and network of channel partners - Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines - Develop channel marketing strategy and implement tactics, including paid and organic search, social, and display advertising - Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization - Develop and implement channel budgetGood to have :- Past experience in Gaming industry. (Internship/full-time) - Strong hold on Youtube.
