Job Profile :- Developing and executing business development strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue while focusing on increasing the market share in the e-waste industry.- Identifying and engaging potential clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities and foster growth.- Leading sourcing activities to secure cost-effective and efficient supplies- Building and managing a high-performing team by providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to achieve business objectives and targets.- Creating a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners, to drive business growth and ensure long-term partnerships.- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities, mitigate risks, and stay ahead in the e-waste recycling market.- Setting and achieving Sourcing targets & goals and performance metrics while aligning strategies with company objectives.- Implementing best practices for feedstock sourcing, ethical business practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements within the e-waste recycling industry for overall business success and reputation.Qualifications, Experience, and Skills :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master s degree preferred.- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills.- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively, with an innovative approach to structuring deals.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
