Job Description : :As the Sales Head for industrial software solutions in the South region of our manufacturing company, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales team to achieve the company s revenue goals. You ll play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that align with the company s objectives. Here are the key responsibilities:Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies :- Identify potential new markets and opportunities within the industrial software solutions sector.- Analyze trends and data to create effective sales plans that increase revenue.- Setting Sales Targets and Monitoring Performance:- Set ambitious sales targets for the team.- Regularly monitor team performance to ensure goals are met.- Analyze sales data and make necessary adjustments to plans.- vManaging and Motivating the Sales Team:- Recruit, train, and coach sales team members.- Provide ongoing support to ensure their success.- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.Understanding the Market :- Stay informed about industry trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics specific to industrial software solutions.- Use this knowledge to drive sales strategies and decision-making.- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills:- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Lead by example and inspire the team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
