Job Title: Counselor cum Tele Counselor Location: Indore Job Description : - We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Counselor cum Tele Counselor to join our Indore team. The ideal candidate - Will be responsible for providing exceptional counseling to prospective students, managing tele-calling activities to generate leads, and supporting the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling:- Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students about upcoming programs in Fashion - Designing, Interior Designing, UI/UX, Game Development, and Film Editing.- Assist students in understanding the course details, career prospects, and enrollment procedures.- Follow up with prospective students to ensure their queries are addressed and guide them through the enrollment process. Tele Counselor : - Conduct tele-calling activities to generate leads and follow up on inquiries from prospective students.- Maintain an updated database of prospective students and track the progress of leads.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.Administrative Support : - Assist with administrative tasks related to student enrollment and record-keeping.- Coordinate with the academic and administrative staff to ensure a smooth enrollment process.- Participate in events, workshops, and seminars organized to promote the programs.Prerequisites : - Bachelor s degree in any field; a background in counseling or tele-calling is preferred.- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institute.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of the creative industries (Fashion Designing, Interior Designing, UI/UX, Game Development, Film Editing) is an added advantage.- If you are passionate about education and have a knack for counseling and tele-calling, we invite you to join our team and help shape the future of creative professionals (ref:updazz.com)
