Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-5 Yrs) Pune (BFSI Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of air conditioning products.- Educate customers on product offerings and assist them in selecting the right solutions to meet their needs.- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex customer requirements and provide technical support as needed.- Sales Administration:- Prepare and submit sales orders, contracts, and other documentation accurately and promptly.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment processing.- Market Intelligence :- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.- Provide input to product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market feedback.- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence and generate leads.
