You will be responsible for establishing Gallant Sports as the preferred choice for sports infrastructure solutions among educational institutions, corporates, and government bodies.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the institutional market for sports infrastructure.- Identify and target potential clients within the education, corporate, and government sectors.- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Promote Gallant Sports as the go-to brand for high-quality sports infrastructure.- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by actively pursuing and closing deals for sports turf, tiles, PVC Vinyl, and turnkey projects.- Collaborate on CSR projects, contributing to grassroots sports infrastructure development in underserved areas.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.Required Skills :- Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record in institutional sales, preferably in the sports infrastructure industry.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.- Familiarity with sports infrastructure products and industry trends is a plus.
