Hiring for a Lead EdTech and Upskilling CompanyRole : Business Development AssociateLocation : BangaloreSalary : Up to 9 LPA with monthly uncapped incentives rollout based on performance (Average 10-30% of hike could be provided on the current/previous Fixed Salary)Position Overview : The Business Development Associate (BDA) will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our educational offerings. This dynamic position involves identifying and nurturing strategic opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for education and technology.Key Responsibilities :- Prospect Engagement : Reach out to potential clients and guide them through the current tech landscape, demonstrating how our offerings can meet their needs.- Follow-Up : Maintain communication with existing prospects to explore new opportunities and possibilities through the transformative power of our company.- Customer-Centric Approach : Understand and qualify the career goals of potential clients, identifying how our programs can help them achieve their objectives.- Target Achievement : Demonstrate a committed attitude towards completing daily tasks and achieving goals, with the aim of meeting (and exceeding) set targets.Requirements :1. 0-4 years of experience in sales or business development.2. Graduate with a B.Tech Degree3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.4. Passion for sales and achieving targets.5. Basic knowledge of LSQ.6. Experience with tech products.7.
