This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, sales, and event management within the HRTech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, increasing revenue, and building brand awareness through integrated growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities :Marketing Strategy & Execution :- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to create compelling value propositions and marketing materials.- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.Sales Strategy & Management :- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company s growth objectives.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive sales growth.- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.Event Management :- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company s brand and solutions.- Develop event strategies that enhance customer engagement and generate high-quality leads.- Manage event budgets, logistics, and partnerships to ensure successful execution.- Measure and report on the effectiveness of event strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Leadership & Collaboration :- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives.- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth strategies with overall business goals.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.- 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, and event management, with a strong preference for experience in HRTech or related industries.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.- A dynamic and supportive work environment.- The chance to make a significant impact in the HRTech industry.
