MEP IndustryProfile - Channel Sales ManagerSalary - Upto 10 LACQualification - BBA / MBA in sales / Any GraduateExperience -in the Fire & Safety industryJob Description- Proven track record of success in channel sales or partner management- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners- Self-motivated and result-oriented- Ability to analyse sales data and make data-driven decisions- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools- Familiarity with Fire & Safety products and trends- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Formulate and implement strategies to develop and nurture Channel Partners for the company s products.- Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide them with necessary support and resources- Identify and on-board new channel partners to expand the sales network- Train and educate channel partners on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company s products.- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective strategies- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential partners and customers Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities- Coordinate With DCS Group- 6375367126 (Call & whatsApp)- 6377421375 (Call & whatsApp)- 8824724858 ( Call & WhatsApp)- 8209004104(call & whatsApp )Calling Time - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PMWhatsApp Timing - 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ref:updazz.com)
