Job Description
New Client Acquisition (Business Development)Key Responsibilities :Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :- Implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients.- Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Build, track, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.- Target achievement of overall sales of the region- Maintaining performance through input KPIs daily.- Build a pipeline for upselling and cross-selling to existing accountsClient Relationship Management :- Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients - Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.- Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statements so as to help pitch/ build the right product.Cross-functional Collaboration :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Market Analysis and Reporting :- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Requirements :- 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients.- Proven track record of launching & establishing cities and making them profitable.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.Workdays : 6 days workweekWilling to travel extensively.
