Affiliate Campaign Manager - Telcom/Mobile (2-3 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Digital Marketing)

1) Experience Required- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CPA (Cost-Per-Activation) campaigns for mobile VAS.- Extensive experience in MENA, Africa, Europe, and APAC regions.- Specialized experience in telco/carrier/operator billing is a must.2) Campaign Management :- Design, execute, and optimize CPA Campaigns, having Telco/Carrier/Operator billing- Achieve targeted KPIs like paid activations, revenues, ROIs, churn reduction, high ARPU3) Affiliate Marketing & ROI Optimization :- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with publishers/DSPs to get more quality traffic.- Regularly connect with them and share the data where the traffic is not converting so as to block bad traffic and get only good traffic.- Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.- Implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and achieve targets.4) Data Analysis and Reporting:- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics for all campaigns.- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.5) Collaboration:- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, product and content to ensure seamless campaign execution.- Coordinate with publishers to optimize campaign delivery and performance.
