Job Description
The ideal candidate will assist in driving our sales strategy and help manage the sales team, ensuring exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.Responsibilities :- Developing and implementing sales strategies.- Manage and support the sales team in achieving their targets.- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales activities.- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers.- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide detailed reports on sales performance and market insights.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Hospitality and Airline professionals with the right attitude and zeal to learn and grow in the luxury real estate space are also welcome to apply.
