This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy for our organization in this region.Business Development:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Recliners / Motion furniture sector.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.Institutional Sales:- Drive sales growth through institutional sales channels.- Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients.- Negotiate contracts and close deals with institutional buyers.Outbound Sales:- Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate sales leads.- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.Customer Visits:- Visit customer locations and middlemen to understand their requirements.- Provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Other Requirements:- Must own a two-wheeler and be ready to travel for client meetings and visits.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good organizational and time management skills.Gender: MaleJob Location: Mohali,Service Area: Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, ChandigarhAge Limit: 30 - 40 yearsQualification: Minimum GraduateExperience: 3 years (Prior experience in the furniture industry preferred)Languages Required: Hindi, English, and PunjabiNote: Female Candidate Do Not ApplyPay: - 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per yea (ref:updazz.com)
