Seeking for a designer who can rightly convey message in a visually pleasing manner.Responsibilities :- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic & visual graphic designs that meet business goals.- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately- Work independently as well as cooperatively with team leaders to meet deadlines- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities- Develop concepts with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline.- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.- Sound knowledge in design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.- Strong portfolio.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Working knowledge with photo editing software.- Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing activities.- Technical skills with knowledge of both typography and colour theory.- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.Desired Candidates Profile :- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.- One or more years of experience with design software, including Illustrator & Photoshop.- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Desire to continue building skill set with training.
