About the Role :Social Media Executive -Are you passionate about creating engaging content and building impactful brand stories? We re looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our social media team. Roles and Responsibilities :- Social Media Strategy : Create and implement strategies aligned with business goals. Manage content calendars and optimise engagement based on trends.
-Campaign Management : Plan and execute campaigns (promotions, product launches).
-Content & Shoots : Work with creatives to develop visuals and videos. Plan and manage photoshoots, including logistics and coordination.
-Community Engagement : Oversee social interactions, build influencer relationships, and monitor trends.
-Analytics & Reporting : Track performance, generate insights, and prepare monthly reports.
-Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging. The Ideal Profile :- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a Social Media channel for a brand or agency.
-BMM/Design/Marketing degree preferred.
-Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva is a plus.
-Experience in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
-Proficiency in MS Office - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
