Knowledge about FOM, LFOM and Fertilizer ISO standard, additional knowledge about US standards is a plus.5. Strong communication, analytical and planning skills6. Minimum 4 years years of experience as Fertilizer Marketing executive, experience within the Fertilizer industry is a plus.10. Knowledge about Fertilizer IGCAR Standards and Application of FOM & LFOM levels with various crops11. Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer sector.12. Strong understanding of biogas production, fertilizer products, and sustainable agriculture.13. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.14.
