We re hiring Creative Content Writer for Pune location.Exp-4-8 yrsSalary budget upto max 14 LPARole & Responsibilities:- Execute the content production and management plan to serve specified business objectives- Interface with Business, Search Marketing and Analytics- Support the search marketing team to win search rankings for a large keyword portfolio- Regularly update oneself with the latest tools, technologies, and trends- Knowledge on content management for Apps- Study the global best practices- Contribute ideas to refine workflow and processes- Track and analyse content metrics related to production, reach, traffic, consumption, and engagement- Continuously track content performance (impact on business and RoI)- Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates through content- Run content related tests and experimentsIdeal Candidate:- High-scale production, management, and distribution of digital content that delivers tangible business value- Experience with multi-format, multi-channel, new-age content; Awareness of content marketing methods and latest tools, technologies, and trends- Experience on content management & tools on App eco system- Stakeholder management, agency management- Business orientation, Project management, number orientation- A penchant for writing, editing and storytelling- Understanding of how content can drive business in Apps- Hands-on experience working on large content marketing programs- Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats especially mid- to long-form articles and short-length videos- Proven experience in managing a loyal subscriber base- Mobile-first thinking- Exposure to using data and analysis to improve content performance- Comfort with marketing technology platforms- Excellent agency management skills- Passion, stretch and agility- Stakeholder management and indirect influence- Ability to manage change and ambiguity- Quality orientation, eye for detail- Structured, analytical thinking- Comfort with numbers- Bias for execution and outcomes- 2 to 3 years of total experience preferably in a high-growth, digital native company- Education in mass communication, journalism, media; MBA a plus- Candidate should be from Top Advertising Agency (with top B2C Brand clients) OR a Well-Known B2C Brand- Strong Creative Long-form Content Writing- Must have experience in collaborating with Marketing & branding teams to delivery various long-form content like blogs, articles etc.
