Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute strategic plans to expand the agency channel.- Identify, attract, and onboard new collaborators from agencies.- Develop and maintain good relationships with current institutions to guarantee alignment or performance.- Provide training and support to our agency collaborators to help them better understand our goods and services.- Monitor the agency s achievements and provide feedback for improvement.- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, etc.) to create material and -advertisements that are beneficial to agency partners.- Analyse marketplace patterns and rivalries actions so you can make informed strategic decisions.- Create regular reports on channel performance and forecasts for management.Candidate Requirements :- A minimum of one year of experience in field marketing and sales.- Any graduate or postgraduate student.- Any potential candidate nearby- Age bracket : 21-38.- Up to 4.00LPA in CTC.
