Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about motorcycles, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in sales.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:- Greet customers warmly and professionally.- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences.- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and specifications.- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.Sales Process:- Generate leads and follow up on potential customers.- Negotiate prices and terms to close deals.- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Showroom Maintenance:- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.- Ensure adequate inventory levels and product displays.Relationship Building:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong product knowledge and passion for motorcycles.- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.- Valid driver s license.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and commission structure.- Comprehensive training and development opportunities.- Opportunities for career advancement.- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
