With expertise in diverse digital advertising mediums, Markurate propels brands to new heights and ensures their messages resonate with the target audiences.Position Summary : - Markurate is seeking a Business Development Manager to help locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close new business relationships.
-Your main responsibilities will include shaping the company s overall approach to digital services from start to finish and overseeing multiple projects across departmental and organisational boundaries.
-You ll be expected to perform extensive market research to gather valuable insights and identify industry best practices, then translate those findings into clear digital strategies and measurable goals.
-As a Business Development Manager, you will work with the marketing and creative teams and oversee the execution of Markurate s digital marketing campaigns, to ensure that all of our marketing efforts align with the overarching digital strategy.
-Your job will be to ensure that the company s transition to a digital environment is smooth, and that the infrastructure we develop and set up-including website, landing pages, social media accounts, email marketing etc. is effective and reliably brings in new business.
-The ideal candidate has an analytical mind-set, in-depth knowledge of digital business development, is an expert communicator, and is able to manage a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.- To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
-You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply and effective sales strategy.Job Duties (Other Duties as Assigned) :- Developing a comprehensive digital business strategy and overseeing its execution.- Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets, for our digital marketing services.- Business Development Manager informs others about company services and acts as a point of contact for new and existing clients.- Perform targeting exercises and develop deep human insights to inform ways which - Markurate can connect with new audiences. Challenge & Inspire teams to think differently.- Establishing a pipeline of core digital marketing activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the company s strong revenue targets in mind and digital marketing goals.- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal development, effectively articulating the value of our services.- Collaborate with internal teams including design, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records.- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our agency s services and expand the client base.- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, case studies, and other materials to support business development efforts.- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team.- Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks.- Bring forwards opportunistic ideas proactively to take advantage of new technologies, launches, pop culture and current events in real time.- The ability to translate complex business concepts into easy-to-understand strategies and tasks.- Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
-Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work well under pressure.Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certifications) :- Minimum 4 years of proven business development experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry.- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).- Deep understanding of the sales targets preferably talents used to do pitching. Has strong network with Brands.- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services including social media management, web design...
