Job Description :We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive in the sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth startup environment.Your Responsibilities :- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold-calling, and social media outreach to expand our customer base.- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, nurturing leads from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning Beacon s SaaS products as the ideal solution.- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and identify new opportunities for growth.- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.- Present and demonstrate Beacon s product features, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients.- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.- Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies to leadership.What We Are Looking For :- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and offer solutions that meet customer needs.- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities.- A Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and commission structure- Opportunity to build and shape the sales team- Fast-paced, high-growth work environment- Career growth and development opportunities- Health benefits and flexible work arrangementsTo Apply: Please submit your resume and a compelling cover letter to (or) reach out to me at 7416429984.
