Position overview
allnex is excited to welcome a motivated HR Internto our Human Resources team in Mumbai, India If youre detail:oriented and eager to dive into real HR processes, this role is a great opportunity. Youll mainly help with CV screening and data entry in SuccessFactors, giving you hands:on experience with key HR systems.
Its a perfect role for someone ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
:Review and screen incoming CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for various positions.
:Accurately enter and update data in the SuccessFactors system.
:Coordination:Assist in coordinating training sessions and ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared.
:Communicate with candidates and employees regarding training schedules and requirements.
:Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including filing, document preparation, and other tasks.
Required skills and experience
:Interest in HR practices and willingness to learn.
:Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
:Familiarity with HR systems (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus).
:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
:Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
:Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist in various HR functions.
Qualifications
:MBA or Master Degree in the Human Resource Management or related field.
